Saiu a edição 27 da revista Origami pela editora Minuano, vc pode comprar pelo site deles ou em qqr banca de jornal! Eu fiz a caixinha porta doce e a esfinge que aparecem na capa.
To be completely honest, I'm not THAT into Star Wars - I'm more of a sword and sorcery girl ;-) - but a dare is a dare, and a friend asked me on Facebook if I could handle it, and here it is! I had no better paper to make it, so that's my Yoda with chlorophyll withdraw, lol.

Um amigo me intimou no Facebook, aí eu tive que fazer, né? Não é muito difícil, mas não dá para usar um papel mto grosso, por causa da cabeça e do cajado. Esse eu fiz com tissue foil, não me lembro bem do tamanho, acho que uns 20x20cm, mais ou menos.

All the models on this post are from the book Creative Origami, by origami master Kunihiko Kasahara. He does not make super complex models, but you can see they are all very elegant. I love his design, I think it's quite difficult to find models that are both simple and beautiful like these ones.
Todos esses modelos são do livro Creative Origami, do meste Kunihiko Kasahara. Eu gosto muito de dobrar diagramas super-mega-hiper-complexos, mas acho que é mais difícil ainda criar um modelo que tenha poucas dobras e consiga resultar em beleza e elegância ao mesmo tempo, como os criados por Kasahara.

Such an awesome model! Of course it's not a begginers model, but the steps are clear and easy, not that hard if you know the basics :-)

Folded with a square of tissue foil paper, it was about 25x25 cm. If you want to give it a try, I suggest you use a double-sided paper with contrasting colors.
Diagram on Tanteidan magazine 124 (sry, no link this time).
Dobrado com um quadrado de tissue foil de mais ou menos 25cm, se vc deseja tentar, minha sugestão é usar uma folha dupla face com lados contrastantes.
O diagrama pode ser encontrado na Tanteidan magazine 124 (dessa vez vou ficar devendo o link :-/ ).

It's still time to make a crafty and cute mother's day card for your mom! Print the template here and follow the instructions. If you are no good with the diagrams, I made this video to show it how it's done. Ah! Before you start folding, be sure to score all folding lines with an old pen or anything pointy (careful not to rip the paper, though). And happy Mother's day for all moms!!!
Ainda dá tempo de fazer um cartão para sua mãe! Imprima o template aqui e siga as instruções. Se seu inglês anda enferrujado ou se vc não é lá essas coisas em ler diagramas, eu fiz esse video para mostrar a sequencia das dobras. Ah, e não se esqueça de escorar todas as linhas antes de começas, vc pode usar uma caneta velha, um boleador ou qualquer coisa pontuda (cuidado só para não rasgar o papel!). E feliz dia das mães para todas as mamães!!!

It's been a while since I last posted, so here goes a video-tutorial on these cute bears :) They're pretty simple to fold and the result is pretty cute.

This is the cover of a Brazilian origami publication I contribute every other month or so. I'm really proud of this one because the Pegasus you can see was made by me :-)

This is a pretty famous owl, designed by Hideo Komatsu. It looks awesome and unless you are a begginer in terms of origami, I don't think you will have any problems folding it. Good luck!!!
Esse modelo de coruja é bem famoso, feito por Hideo Komatsu. Eu acho o resultado final muito legal, e a menos que vc seja iniciante no origami, não terá maiores problemas na hora de dobrar. Boa sorte!
